Estatus internacional de Ucrania = International status of Ukraine

Abstract

En este trabajo -ante la posición de la Federación de Rusia (acompañada de China)- sintetizamos los fundamentos jurídicos por los cuales la independencia, integridad territorial y soberanía de Ucrania no son revisables, cualquiera pudiera ser la posición de Estados que pretendieran hacer desaparecer al Estado de Ucrania, escindirlo, crear nuevos Estados o anexarlos a otros, resaltando la invalidez de los reconocimientos internacionales cuando los pretendidos nuevos Estados no son constituidos conforme al Derecho internacional.  ABSTRACT: In this work - given the position of the Russian Federation (accompanied by China) - we synthesize the legal foundations by which the independence, territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine are not reviewable. This, regardless of the position of States that sought to make the State of Ukraine disappear, split it, create new States or annex it to others, highlighting the invalidity of international recognition when the alleged new States are not constituted in accordance with international law.
