Prevalencia de HTA y frecuencia de pacientes controlados en una muestra hospitalaria

La hipertensión sigue siendo un importante desafío de la salud pública en todo el mundo porque aumenta el riesgo de enfermedad cardiovascular. Se ha demostrado que el manejo eficaz de la presión arterial reduce la incidencia de Acv, ataque cardiaco e Insuficiencia cardiaca. La prevalencia actual en nuestro país de Hta es del 36,3%. En el estudio Renata 2 cuatro de cada diez pacientes Hta, desconocen su condición. Esta observación no es ajena a lo que sucede globalmente. En el estudio Pure, solo se logra controlar al 13% de los hipertensos. El 30% tuvo tensión arterial óptima y el otro 30% se encontraba en prehipertensión Del 40%de los pacientes con Hta, el 40% recibían tratamiento, pero solo el 13% tenían controlada su enfermedad. Este trabajo de investigación que se realiza en el Servicio de Cardiología del Hospital Nacional de Clínicas de la ciudad de Córdoba, tiene como objetivos evaluar la prevalencia de Hta y frecuencia de pacientes controlados que concurren a consultorio externo. de Cardiología entre el mes de abril de 2021-febrero 2022. Los datos serán obtenidos de una muestra al azar mediante la utilización de historias clínicas entre el mes de abril 2021-febrero 2022.Un año de Pandemia. La hipótesis el comprobar el insuficiente control de la hipertensión arterial más allá de lo encontrados en los resultados de los estudios antes mencionados, en nuestra población de la Ciudad de Córdoba, y en un año totalmente diferente, un año de Pandemia. En donde el acceso a la salud se encuentra limitada por el COVID 19.Téléchargements
