Studia Politicæ

Studia Politicæ is the institutional journal of the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations at the Catholic University of Córdoba.
With more than 300 published articles and twenty years of uninterrupted work, it has become a space for scholarly debate within the discipline both in Argentina and across Latin America.

Publication Frequency

This journal is published three times a year:

  • a spring–summer issue, published in April,

  • an autumn issue, published in July,

  • a winter issue, published in November.

Aim, Target Audience, and Thematic Scope

The aim of this journal is to foster the dissemination of scientific knowledge produced in the fields of political science and international relations, with the purpose of strengthening academic debates and connections among members of these disciplinary communities in Argentina and abroad.

Our target audience includes researchers and students working on topics related to political science, international relations, and related fields—both in Argentina and internationally—whether seeking to publish their work or to freely access scholarly contributions made by colleagues in this space.

The thematic scope of this journal includes, in a non-exhaustive manner, studies in political science and international relations such as: political theory and philosophy, theory of the State, public policy, political management, national and international economics, political communication, international relations theory, integration processes, international cooperation, international security, public international law and international organizations, international political economy, epistemology, and research methods in political science and international relations.
The Editor-in-Chief, together with the Editorial Board, may also consider the relevance of manuscripts that fall outside this illustrative list but are nonetheless suitable for publication in the journal.
