Abstract

El presente trabajo se propone realizar una serie de observaciones respecto a la legislación, tanto nacional como provincial, sobre el régimen de la vivienda única y sobre cómo la misma ha sido objeto de sucesivos debates no solo doctrinarios, sino también jurisprudenciales en nuestro país. ABSTRACT: The present work intends to make a series of observations regarding the legislation, both national and provincial, on the regime of single housing and on how it has been the subject of successive debates, not only doctrinal, but also jurisprudential in our country.
